Position Requirements:
At least six months customer service experience in a call center setting.
High School Diploma or GED diploma required.
Excellent sales and communication skills working with customer service team.
Great problem solving abilities, including handling challenging situations.
Team-oriented and enthusiastic to learn new things.
Excellent command of both written and oral English. Spanish speaking is a plus.
PC literacy, experience on internet operations and Microsoft Office.
Must pass a background check
