Seasonal Customer Service Representative - Tallahassee, FL

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and service.
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
  • Sells additional products by recognizing opportunities to up-sell; explaining new features.
  • Maintains call center database by entering information.
  • Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in monthly educational opportunities.
  • Complete any tasks or special projects given to you by your direct supervisor.
  • Deliver premium customer service, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the continuous improvement of service and sales standard and quality.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of good and professional image Event Photography Group by building and strengthening customer relationship through skillful telephone, chat, & email service.

Position Requirements:

  • At least six months customer service experience in a call center setting.

  • High School Diploma or GED diploma required.

  • Excellent sales and communication skills working with customer service team.

  • Great problem solving abilities, including handling challenging situations.

  • Team-oriented and enthusiastic to learn new things.

  • Excellent command of both written and oral English. Spanish speaking is a plus.

  • PC literacy, experience on internet operations and Microsoft Office.

  • Must pass a background check
